a) Bróga Irish Dance footwear is designed to support dancers in performance and reduce injury risk. However, all physical activities carry inherent risks.
b) Customers acknowledge that purchasing and using Bróga footwear does not guarantee injury prevention. Injury risks vary depending on training conditions, dance surface, body mechanics, and other factors outside our control.
c) Bróga Irish Dance Limited is not responsible for injuries or conditions arising from improper use, pre-existing injuries, or external factors.
4. Limitation of Liability
a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
b) Customers waive all claims against us for injuries allegedly caused by wearing Bróga footwear, unless a manufacturing defect is clearly and legally proven.
c) Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence or fraud.
5. Product Warranty
See our Returns Policy for details. Defective products due to materials or workmanship may qualify for a refund or replacement within the warranty period (XXX days from receipt). Wear and tear, misuse, and user modifications are not covered.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP currency and are inclusive of taxes (depending on your location). Payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We offer worldwide shipping – see our Shipping Policy for full details. Delivery times and costs vary by location. Any customs duties or import taxes have been included in the purchase and shipping of the product.
