💚 Find Your Perfect Bróga Fit
Sizing Guide | Bróga Irish Dance
👣 Why Fit Matters More Than You Think
Most Irish dancers have been told to size down “for a neater look.” But squeezing into too-small shoes can lead to:
- Blisters and bunions
- Toe pain and foot cramps
- 5th metatarsal fractures
Bróga shoes are different. We’re designed to hug your feet comfortably, with a lacing structure that stays secure without the need for double tape or over-tightening.

How to Measure Your Feet at Home
Finding your Bróga size is simple, and all you need is:
- A sheet of paper
- A pencil or pen
- A ruler or measuring tape
- Socks you usually dance in

✨ Step-by-Step:
- Place the paper on a hard floor against a wall.
- Stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the toe mark in centimetres.
- Repeat for the other foot. (Yes—measure both!)
- Use the longer foot measurement when selecting your size.
