At Bróga Irish Dance, we work hard to ensure every order is carefully packed and shipped using reliable, tracked delivery services. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5-7 working days after the time of purchase.
During launches, pre-orders, or busy periods, processing times may be longer and will be clearly communicated.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.
Tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are correct.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Bróga Irish Dance is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Parcels left in a safe place
Parcels delivered to shared buildings, mailrooms, or reception areas
Parcels stolen after delivery
Parcels marked as delivered to the correct address
Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
What to Do If You Can’t Find Your Parcel
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, we recommend:
Checking with neighbours or household members
Checking safe places around the delivery address
Contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information
We are happy to provide any tracking details or delivery confirmation required to support your enquiry with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Bróga Irish Dance cannot be held responsible for parcels:
Delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error
Returned or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees are charged at checkout and paid to our shipping partner, who then pays these charges on your behalf to the relevant customs authorities.
These charges are:
Determined by the destination country
Required for your parcel to be cleared through customs
Non-refundable once processed, even in the event of a return
Bróga Irish Dance has no control over customs regulations or processing times and cannot influence customs decisions once a parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted carriers, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:
Customs clearance
Carrier delays
Weather or external factors
Bróga Irish Dance is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
